emmathegreat: 2014 Fall Internship at The Mountain (http://mountaincenters.org/) My internship project is focusing on Mushroom Cultivation. My plans include a bed of King Stropharia, Shitake logs, Kombucha and jars inoculated with Shitakes spores gathered from a spore print.
